During my trips to Walt Disney World, I always like to try something new each time I visit. I have attended Disney World firework dessert parties in the past, but to celebrate the 50th Anniversary Enchantment fireworks at the Magic Kingdom, new dessert parties have been added that I wanted to experience!
Location
The 50th Anniversary Enchantment Dessert Parties are located at Tomorrowland Terrace inside the Magic Kingdom. Tomorrowland Terrace is located to the right of Main Street USA and is easy to find. The viewing area for the fireworks is in the garden plaza area just outside of Tomorrowland Terrace.
Desserts and Drinks
We checked in, were escorted to our table and could eat as many desserts we desired! There was a large beautiful display of desserts! Chocolate dipped strawberries, “Chilling chamber pops,” caramel apple crepes, “Firehouse Doughnuts,” tres leche, “Devil’s Chocolate Pudding,” and assorted cheeses and crackers allow for an incredible assortment of choices to satisfy your sweet tooth! As for beverages, adults 21 and over can enjoy a bar full of champagne, wine and beer choices! For the children, there are options of lemonade, tea, milk and water. Nestle passion fruit, orange and guava juice, freshly brewed Joffrey’s Coffee, hot cocoa and hot tea are also available.

Pre-Party or Post Party?
We attended the Disney Enchantment Pre-Party. Since we attended the Pre-Party, we were permitted to arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of the Enchantment fireworks show. Guests who attend the Post Party can arrive 60 minutes prior to the start of the fireworks show. Upon check-in, these guests are escorted to the plaza garden area outside of the Tomorrowland Terrace for the first choice of places to stand to watch the fireworks show. Guests who attend the Pre-Party, walk out as they finish their drinks and desserts. If you and your traveling group are able to stay up a little later and have time to attend the Post Party, I would recommend that because you will have first choice of where to stand to watch the fireworks. Even though we attended the Pre-Party and had second choice of a place to stand, we still had good viewing and really enjoyed ourselves!
Making Reservations
Special experiences, commonly referred to as “Enchanting Extras,” such as dessert parties, require advance reservations. Typically these reservations can be made 60 days prior to when you check in your for your resort stay. Reservations can be made through your My Disney Experience Account or by calling (407) 939-7529. Myself or your FTM travel agent can assist with this!
Cost
At this time, the cost of the Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Disney Enchantment Pre and Post Parties are $99 per adult ages 10 and up and $59 per child ages 3 to 9. These costs include tax and gratuity is not included or required. You must have a valid park ticket and a Magic Kingdom theme park reservation.
There is also the “Treats and Seats” Dessert Party that I hope to attend soon. The cost of the Treats and Seats Dessert Party is currently $114 for adults ages 10 and up and $69 per child ages 3 to 9. The experience will be similar, but there will be seating under the Tomorrowland Terrace rather than a standing area on the plaza garden.
Adding Extra Magic
“Enchanting Extras” such as the Enchantment Dessert Party always add a special something to vacations! My family and I enjoy adding these special events to our Walt Disney World Resort vacations. They are always memorable and enjoyable! I highly recommend the Enchantment Dessert Parties at the Magic Kingdom!
